The length of an assignment varies according to our client’s needs — ranging from a few months to a few years. We work to place you in a role that fits your short-term or long-term needs. While assignments are subject to our client’s needs, it is important that you communicate your needs as well with your recruiter.

Work Eligibility and Sponsorship
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age in order to be considered for employment. Outside of that, Ascendo Resources does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color and religion, gender, national origin, ancestry, age, disabilities or any other characteristics protected by law.
Most Ascendo Resources positions are open to any individual eligible to work in the United States. This includes those with valid Employment Authorization Documents, those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (also known as Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United States as described on Department of Homeland Security document I-9.

Timesheets and Payroll
If you are an Ascendo Resources temp employee or consultant, you can access your ADP timesheet on our website under the “For Job Seekers” tab.
First, check your email. You should have received an email from Ascendo Resources with your login credentials. If you did not receive the email, please contact our Administrative Team to request new login credentials: firstname.lastname@example.org or 305-423-1221
Hours should be submitted for approval each Friday. Payroll is processed Monday through Friday for timesheets submitted each day. With direct deposit, funds are usually available within 24-48 hours from when the payroll is issued. If you do not have direct deposit, a live check will be mailed on the day the payroll issues. Please allow five business days for postal delivery of a mailed check.

The email you received from Ascendo Resources contains a link to electronically complete your tax forms and Section 1 of the I-9, including the upload of your supporting I-9 documents. For questions, contact our Administrative Team at email@example.com or 305-423-1221.
Ascendo Resources uses DocuSign an electronic signature system that allows you to sign many of the required intake documents. DocuSign is a cloud-based service provider that offers a fast, easy and secure way to electronically sign documents. While you are always welcome to sign all documents at our office, the electronic signature process also affords you the time to read through the documents at your leisure.
