Managing Partner, Gus Peña, is featured on SFBJ’s Easing Gridlock Panel Discussion: Addressing Transportation Woes in the Workplace
In the month of February, Ascendo’s Managing Partner, Gus Peña, was invited to speak at the South Florida Business Journal’s Panel Discussion Easing Gridlock, which focused on address the woes of transportation in the workplace. An important matter to be discussed in today’s job market, Mr. Peña was quoted saying that, “Today, commuting is one of the top four considerations for candidates considering new positions, along with salary, potential for advancement, and the office culture.” Mr. Peña further expressed the importance of having employers offer a teleworking option by saying that, “The Millenium generation is asking for flexibility in their schedules….South Florida companies need to adapt to that demand or they won’t be able to attract the talent they need.
