Can I have my remote staff use a device provided by my company?
Of course! Our candidates can work on a device provided by your company and connect to your organization’s network. Our staffing professionals can answer your questions and assist remote candidates in getting set up properly per your requirements.
How can a candidate access my company's virtual network?
Whether through a VPN (virtual private network), VDI (virtual desktop infrastructure) or another remote access service, candidates can access your virtual network via their personal device or one provided by your company.
I never received my login information to approve timesheets. Who should I contact?
First, check your email. You should have received an auto-generated email from Ascendo Resources with your login credentials. Make sure you check your junk mail. If you did not receive the email, please contact your Staffing Manager or our Administrative Team to request new login credentials: payroll@ascendo.com or 305-423-1221.

No. Our services are completely free for candidates. We are paid by the employer, never the job seeker. There are no out of pocket costs to you at any point in the process.

We place professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions across Finance, Accounting, Financial Services, Healthcare, IT, Legal, HR, and Administrative roles. Whether you are looking for a short term contract or a permanent position we have opportunities across all levels.
How long does the process take?
It varies by role and market conditions but many of our candidates are placed within days of connecting with a recruiter. The more specific you are about your goals, availability, and preferences the faster we can match you to the right opportunity.
Do you work with candidates who are currently employed?
Yes. Many of our candidates are passive job seekers who are open to the right opportunity but not actively searching. We handle everything confidentially and only present opportunities that are a genuine fit for where you want to go.
